Purchasing Info:
We accept order payment with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, COD. To pay for an order with COD, please call our sales department.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Email order confirmations do not reflect any additional merchandise purchased or order adjustments if made over the phone. New merchandise or expedited processing costs added over the phone will only appear on the final invoice you receive with your. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. In the event of delays, we will contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to a back order situation you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Some orders may require verification in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft. This process usually will not cause any delay to your order, and generally requires either a simple call-back or an Email.
If we need to verify your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Therefore, please leave both day and home phone numbers when you place your order, and keep your information current.
The billing address you give us must match the address that your credit-card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location.
International Customers (Outside the continental United States):
Please note that shipping to countries outside the continental United States (this includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) may cost extra. Free shipping is not available outside of the Continental United States. Please contact our sales department or email us Sales@JumboKits for shipping rates. If you place an order online, a sales representative will contact you about shipping rates to your country after you place your order.
International customers paying with international credit cards please fax or email us a copy of a photo ID, credit card (back and front), and a utility bill for verification purposes.
JumboKits.com prices are determined by the cost of the product when purchased from our distributor. Due to fluctuating wholesale costs from our distributors prices may vary daily. JumboKits.com offers the lowest current price possible. We cannot offer price protection since our distributors do not offer it to us. There will be no price adjustments given once your order has been billed. This is the only way we can ensure that we give our customers the best price possible.
Data Security and Protection
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We also make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at JumboKits.com is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypts the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.

We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses are verified electronically and all alternate shipping addresses are verified manually. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must put this alternate address on file with his or her credit card company. Confirmation, Pricing and Availability:
We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order. Please note that the shipping quoted on the website does not include insurance. Insurance is usually required, as UPS only insures their packages for up to $100. Please be aware that because cost prices fluctuate from week to week, we do not offer any price protection once an order has been shipped.
Information Collected
when you shop on our site, we collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information. We may also collect, or our third party ad server and content server will collect the URL you came from, IP address, domain types (e.g. .com or .org, etc.), your browser type, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. Order Processing Time:
It may take approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. If you would like an order to be shipped out the same day, please contact our sales department where they will be able to assist you with your request.
We do not sell to resellers. We reserve the right to cancel any orders from resellers.
Also, we do not under any circumstances specify colors of the items being purchased, if we do not have a specific color available we will ship out same model camera, alternate color!
Shipping Information:
We ship via UPS or FedEx . Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. All deliveries are double-boxed and insured for your convenience.
Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, delivery charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return.
Please note shipping does not include insurance.
Shipping costs may differ for packages shipped internationally and outside of the continental USA. TheDigitalPros.com will contact you with the exact shipping costs after you place your order.
A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or Next Day air.
Truck Delivery:
Some overweight or oversized items can only be shipped by truck/air freight. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery. Additional charges may apply in these cases, and we will let you know about those charges so that you can approve them before they are applied.
Shipping Does Not Include Shipping Insurance And There Be An Additional Insurance Charge. Free Shipping Does Not Apply To International Orders (Outside Of the U.S.), APO/FPO Military Addresses, and PO Box Addresses or Orders Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Rebates:
We are not responsible for late or incorrect attempts to redeem a rebate or any other reason a rebate is not redeemed or redeemable.
Please be careful to obtain, read and follow any manufacturer rebate guidelines necessary in order to receive your rebate. In order to assure that your rebate request will be honored, you may need to submit the serial number and UPC code (bar code) of your product as proof of purchase. These are located on the manufacturer's box so make sure not to discard this when unpacking your product. Please read your rebate form carefully and take note of all necessary requirements.
Important: Once a rebate has been submitted for a product and/or the UPC code is missing from the box, the item cannot be returned to us any longer. Therefore, be sure that the product is working to your satisfaction and that you intend to keep it before filing for your rebate. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department prior to removing the UPC code from your product.
We are not an authorized Nikon, Canon or any other dealer.
Returns: Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted for 7 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
Printers once ink cartridges are installed.
TVs, Projectors, warranties, Computers.
Blister-packed items once opened (unless it is defective accept for batteries).
Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened.
Special Order merchandise that are not kept in stock and that are not advertised with us.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.
JumboKits.com is not responsible for personal information or items left in returned products.
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Restocking fee
· If an order is cancelled prior to shipment of merchandise or 48 hours from time of placement, whichever is shorter.
· If product is materially different than represented or how it will perform.
· If product represented to be materially different as to the cost of the product or cost of shipping, handling or insurance.
Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. UPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If you refused a delivery or if product is returned to us because you provided un-deliverable shipping address, re-stocking fee of 20% plus $15 refused delivery fee will be deducted from your payment and shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued within 7-14 Business Days from time of Return merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by RMA #. Please call us toll-free to obtain an RMA #.
All returns must be received within 10-14 days from the date the RMA is issued. Returns received after that may not be accepted or may be subject to additional processing fee.
