I ultimately decided on this one for its video features. It's a great balance of videography and photography, and awesome for the price. This has been my main camera for the last couple of months.
It’s a pricey camera but well worth it if you are looking for an upgrade or even a starting point for camera gear. Despite what others may say, I find it intuitive to use and the image quality is quite good. Get to know your camera and then figure out what settings work best for you. All in all, worth the price tag if it’s within your means.
I have done night photography, portraits, and harsh sunlight photography so I am glad to say that the Sony A7iv is superb camera. The size of the grip is perfect. Also when using iso below 100 it still produces a crisp image.
I've been a big fan of Canon EOS cameras for ages. Sony Alpha changed my life, it adds so much customization. Continuous focus is awesome with GM cameras. There’s so many options and cool things to discover with. Haven’t had it too long but so far, so impressed.
Great entry level professional grade camera for video and photography. No problems at all with anything. Loaded with features. Got this for my nephew he loves it. It's amazing. Great for a new photographer.
Love that it finally has a flip screen, making it easy to capture vertical photos low to the ground. Very easy to flip between Stills and Video by using the dial wheel and Include/Exclude menu options. Grip size has improved for better handling. The auto focus is amazing! Best AF I have seen in ANY stills/video camera. Picture in both stills and video is just simply AMAZING! Love this camera!
I own a Canon digital DSLR with several lens. I Wanted a mirrorless camera after missing many actions shots due to mirror action on my Canon. So I spent considerable time reviewing different digital cameras. So I decided on the Sony A7IV. This camera has a lot of potential. It's very complex and it has a LOT of features. This camera has a lot of potential I recommend it.
Definitely a great camera if you are getting to photography and videography and starting your own business. It has all the things I need and want. It has durability and uniqueness to it. I love the little dial on the top of the camera or you can switch from photo to video! It makes it an easier process. This is definitely an amazing camera!

Its fast and precise focusing system, together with its ability to shoot 4K videos, make it a solid choice for any demanding photographer.
It takes great pictures. Menu is well set up, easy to get used to. I use it with the Sony 24-70mm lens and will stay with Sony native lenses clearer shots. Great you can change all the button functions to match what you want them to be. If your thinking of buying it you should be as happy as me
