I've had The Canon R6 Mark ii for a few days and need to familiarize myself with more of its features. It is much smaller and lighter than my old camera. This camera makes it easy to navigate the menus via the dials and buttons and the mirrorless rate of image capture is jaw-dropping. No doubt there are faster cameras, but this is something compared with my old one. The photos were all hand-held, illustrating the image stabilization and exposure capability of the camera.

I've been taking photos for over 20 years, previously with a Canon DSLR & this is the first time I feel like I'm learning something about how the camera works. Being able to look through the viewfinder & make changes to my settings & actually seeing how it will affect the photo is making it click in my brain! I've been using this camera a little over a year, so far for photos only, no video yet. And I love it! I shoot lots of birds so the high speed shooting is terrific. I shoot them handheld & they are still high quality & clear. Eye detection even works on these tiny birds! I highly recommend it.

After upgrading from a Panasonic Lumix, I seriously cannot believe it took me this long to become a Canon follower. Not only does the R6 produce immaculate photos but it also does 4K video as if it were meant to film cinema. It is definitely A LOT heavier than the Panasonic but after a couple of weeks with it, the weight is very manageable for even long shoots. Of course, the weight will only increase as you add fancier lenses but it's definitely worth it.

There is so many features to this camera. A little bit of a learning curve but watching YouTube videos helped me set the camera up. The focus on this camera is amazing. Being mirrorless it makes the photos appear sharper and more digital looking. If you edit on Lightroom decreasing the texture, sharpness, and clarity can give you that creamy look back. Overall great camera, worth the money!

I got my hands on this mirrorless, I was completely mindblown. The quality of the images are insane. The navigation of everything is insane. This camera itself is just insane. I'm more obsessed with the fact that you can see your settings change in the screen and I love that. It has made my job a BREEZE. If I had the financial means to I'd buy a second!

I researched this camera prior to purchasing it. I can find no faults or issues in my use of the camera. It’s one of the best digital cameras I’ve owned. And I’ve owned a lot of them over the years. I am completely satisfied and will probably get another one to complete my two kits. I am a professional photojournalist and this camera suits every event and sports photography situations I face every day.

This is an all round camera with user friendly features and settings. I don’t need to worry a lot about learning each and every details about photography to click awesome pictures using this camera as there are preset settings for every situation. The lens that comes with the camera does the job from portraits to long shot. I don’t need to buy many many lenses along with the camera. I have this from last 6 months and love it. Highly recommended for those who are looking for wholesome camera with minimal learning and operating knowledge!!
