Takes magnificent photos with fast responsive autofocus. Took this on an Alaskan cruise and used it almost exclusively for the entire trip. The 2.8 fstop really came in handy during early morning and twilight shots. It's pretty heavy though, so make sure you have a comfortable camera strap or bring your tripod.

Fantastic lens. For a wedding photographer who shoots on primes 90% of the time, this lens is a great option to have just Incase you are in a large venue. Sharp, fast, and the zoom ring feels stable being on the inside closer to the body 10/10 would recommend

I has rented this lens for just a few hours at a convention, and now that it’s actually mine i love it!!! My images come out very crisp, and the bokeh in the background for portraits is amazing!
