I wish this package had been available when I ordered mine. I only got the camera for the same price as this great package. The new P950 is an amazing camera and everyone is seeing amazing images from them. The new image stabilization offered on this camera is far better than my previous Nikon long zooms. After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Nikon Coolpix P950. It takes wonderful pictures! I love animals and live in the country where many different ones parade across the field or live in the trees. This camera has lived up to my expectations. I have tried to take pictures of the moon and sunsets. I need to practice more, but there is a setting for those type of photos. I got the bundle with mine. Love the backpack. Not sure whether I'll use it all, but who knows with a little more time, I just might. Overall, I am very pleased having this type of camera for the price.

Really glad I decided on the P950. Great camera. Love the accessories, bit not a fan of the case. It's akward to get in and out without without taking it off and laying it down on its side, I am using a different case. But everything else was good!

I am totally satisfied with this camera. It is a big improvement over the Nikon P510 that I used for years and got great photos with. I am finding greater detail in my shots and can shoot in much lower light due to the better light sensor. However, it does weigh twice as much and is twice as big as the P510 so it took some getting used to. I highly recommend this camera for someone who does not want the complexity of a full DSLR camera but seeks great photos. However, avoid all those "package" deals. A lot of the stuff added was crap (really cheap filters that I have no use for and had to buy others) and batteries that would not hold a charge. I advise buying those things separately from a quality source.

I purchased this camera to photograph my hummingbirds. I am a beginner camera user. Camera is not as heavy as I expected. great price for this camera.

Great deal for this combination package. Haven't completely figured out the camera yet, but so far, so good. I'm going from a P600 to the P950 so looking forward to the extras!

I specifically purchased this camera for birding, and, to a lesser degree, nature photography. I can avidly say, mission success!! I previously used a Panasonic Lumix, which was a great little bridge camera that I was very happy with. However, as my birding enthusiasm became more advanced, I found myself wanting better zoom capabilities. The Coolpix P950 has been a game changer. I absolutely love the bird setting, and pretty much use it for all my wildlife photos (including bees). The camera operations and settings are fairly easy to figure out, and not that dissimilar to my Panasonic. My only complaint: no touchscreen ability, but that was pretty easy to adjust to. I'm definitely no professional, but as a very enthusiastic amateur, I can definitely recommend this camera.

This camera is very easy to use and awesome for long distance shots. I used at my granddaughters talent show and I could zoom in on her from way behind the auditorium .Great pictures!

I love the range on the lens. I am looking forward to traveling and not having to carry my heavier equipment

This is the very first nice camera I have ever owned, great replacement for my phone camera. I enjoy bird watching and could not get a decent shot so I thought I’d invest in a good camera. I was worried it would be difficult to learn. I have had it a total of 3 days now and am completely happy! I still have much to learn, but this camera is fun and takes amazing shots! I highly recommend it even if you are a novice.

I recently purchased this for my wife, early Birthday present. It took her awhile to learn how to use it with all the accessories that comes along with it. Now that she is using it, she is pleased with the high-quality pictures she takes. I would highly recommend this camera. Word of caution, take your time reading all the instructions and don't get frustrated. Well worth it.

I am a beginner, if you are a professional you may have different needs for a camera. However for me I love it. I inherited my Father's old Nikon Cameras, I believe a 4500, and unfortunately, I never got around to used it. I bought this mainly because of the advertised Moon Photography.. People say they love them, and I haven't discovered how to use all the features yet. If you're in the market for a camera that can take good pictures of the moon, and has a really long zoom Look no further...

It has many features that get you great shots. It's good on battery life. Robust enough to take on back country/river trips. It does take a bit of getting used to the settings. Great value, not too heavy or too large.

I live on a lake and have been using a telescope to see the birds in the distance, so I'm glad I've have replaced it with this camera. Several birds like to fish on an island about 1/2 mile away and this now allows us to capture their image. The tripod comes in handy because of the extreme zoom. What makes this camera perfect is that it has a special mode specifically for shots of the moon that worked surprising well. I also captured the sunset over the frozen lake without using the tripod recently. All in all, a very worthwhile camera for our needs.

I usually never leave reviews but I’m in love with this camera, so I couldn't help myself. I got it for birdwatching because getting close to birds is super tricky. This camera makes it incredibly easy, the zoom is insane and even at the max zoom the image stabilization keeps the image steady. Super happy with my purchase.
