I had a D3200 for 7 years and it was rpthe time to upgrade. I Was comparing D7200 and D7500. Ultimately bought D7500, as I wanted extra features like wi-fi and Bluetooth. Superb picture quality. Critics says low performance in low light levels. But I am very pleased with the performance of this camera even under low light ( I am not a pro, but I know photography). Wi-fi helps to automatically download 2MB pictures to unlimited Nikon cloud space using my mobile phone, this is very important to me as I am sharing my pictures with my family and I don't need to worry about the size reduction of the images. Then I download all my pictures manually to a different folder in my computer. Overall very happy with the camera.
It's a Nikon. Have the 7000, &7200,and 7500 it's the best
I’m a photo noob and I just wanted to take pictures of birds. I’ve had two days of practice and have got a few good ones so far! I think anyone can make this camera do some great things with a little practice and the right lens.
I was amazed at the picture quality delivered over my nice but aging D7000. At first I questioned the need to pay for this upgrade. But after seeing the results, I am so pleased. The body is about the same but much lighter in weight. Autofocus is fast. Don't really miss the second card slot which is a big negative by many. I just bought a 64GB card and I never come close to needing the memory. I can see why professionals and wedding photographers miss the backup but they probably opt for the D500 for other reasons. Very happy Nikon customer.
I got this camera body to replace my first DSLR. I haven't had any problems at all with this camera. It takes very high quality photos, and I find it intuitive to use (although I have lots of experience with DSLRs and photography, not sure how easy it would be for beginners). I absolutely love that I can use an app and wifi to get the photos to my phone in minutes.
I only got this camera yesterday, but I am already SO impressed by it! I was concerned about the mega pixels only being 20.9, but I can't even notice the difference. The rapid fire is absolutely brilliant! The fastest is 8 frames per second and seems to be even better when set on "sport". UPDATE: I've had this camera for a little over two weeks now. I still can't find anything I dislike about it. I previously had a D5300 and the 7500 completely blows it out of the water, obviously lol. I still highly recommend this camera to anyone who is interested in buying it.
I purchased for photography of my kids sports and activities. It has a quick 8 fps, which works well. It's a little bigger than my old D5500, but the extra speed is worth it. I decided to move up to this camera instead of upgrading to mirrorless at this time.
I was taking Photo Class, a program that the Veterans Affairs put on for all Veterans. This time I was able to include Janet, my wife. We needed a Camera and since the class loaded each of us a Nikon Camera. So I bought a Nikon D7500, it takes great pictures. I couldn't have been more satisfied with this purchase.
This is a good camera for the beginner. Works well in low light, fast shutter speeds. It fits in somewhere between the D 750 and the D 500.SOME CONS: One SD slot MUST USE HIGH SPEED CLASS 10. No battery grip so you need to keep an extra battery in your pocket. Poor WiFi connectivity. Good for the price. I if I could afford it I would have bought the D 500. Overall I think the good features out weigh the cons. Full frame is not the be all and all.
Couldn't be happier with my D7500 purchase! Got it super fast, packed really well, and the pictures and 4K video are stunning.
Want that high definition Instagram pics?... get his camera. Shipping was quick, packing was solid, overall, I had no problems.
The D7500's standout feature has to be its incredible image quality, every shot is incredible, with vivid colors and sharp details that make me look good to people.
This camera is incredible, love how it feels on the hands, friends complement on the sharpness of my images, can't recommend it enough, do yourself a favor, just get it
Great investment for business owners who need content for their social media to draw clients.
As a videographer, I needed a second camera, but without breaking the bank, and this camera came in the clutch, serves me well, the resolution is great for the price and battery life is surprisingly good.
The D7500 delivers reliable and speedy performance, getting the shot when ever the moment strikes. The battery life is impressive, allowing for extended shooting sessions without worry.
Sharp 4K, Stable Shots. Amazing images.
The Nikon D7500 has proven to be a fantastic choice for me. It's exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
Has become my go to camera for all my needs from social media content to pay gigs
I got this as my first camera after a friend brought it to a party and I fell in love with it. I can't find any flaws in it at all! Although it may be tricky with all the settings in the start, it's a great camera and there are plenty of resources to help. I'm just glad I didn't listen to all the hate that this camera was getting. I'm really happy with it!
I am a college student majoring in photography! My mother got me this camera to practice with. Absolutely in love with it!! It took a little time to fully master it but practice makes perfect. I Highly recommend this camera!
I used to do photography a long time ago. A friend recommended me this camera when I told him I want to go back to doing photo's. Best decision I've made and I can't wait to start again.
I have had it for about a month now and there are some issues, a tendency to underexposure and some setup issues, I feel that with time I will get used to it and get some great images. I just need to learn its functions better. When set at full speed it shoots very fast indeed (8fps). Fantastic for night shots and Northern Lights. Not disappointed at all!!
Excellent camera for the price and takes quality photos and videos. Perfect for a beginner or advanced photographer. This camera does much and will take some time for a beginner to understand all it can do besides just shooting on auto which works excellent for outdoor shots in perfect lighting. With that being said ,you can do so much more with this great camera and is wonderful fit for either recreational use or even shooting some photography jobs !
I have been using Nikon Cameras since film days. It shoots fast, has a fair buffer, very good AF system for viewfinder. I have been using this Camera for a while and still like it a lot and never been a problem for me. I feel like this Camera is a good value for the money.
I'm very sure this camera can do everything I want it to do, just as soon as I can figure out how to tell it what to do! The learning curve for this hobby photographer has been amazing. With some research, I'm slowly getting things. The camera itself feels very good in hand, their options are just not really well explained for me. But the manual helps as well as doing some research. Can't wait to fully master it.
The camera is fabulous. Already was having fun with my D5600 but that was cut short when my wife took it and claimed it for her. With that I was able to upgrade to this D7500 and boy, I am blown away by the user-friendliness of the camera and its options and settings! A bit tough to figure out if you've made the jump from the 5600 to the 7500 but a couple youtube videos cleared it right up for me. Great camera! Great seller!
I shoot the occasional weekend family portrait session as a side income, but primarily use my DSLR for landscapes, traveling, architecture, nature, etc. It is an INCREDIBLY fast camera, with the ability to shoot at 8fps RAW. This is extremely helpful when shooting sports or fast-moving wildlife. I like to take pictures of my kids playing sports, and this camera is lightning fast. It’s super convenient dials make it very easy to perform slight adjustments on the go (aperture, ISO, exposure, shutter speed, etc.). I have absolutely zero regrets after buying this camera.
Haven't had the chance to learn everything about the camera but so far has worked excellent. Takes grate photos and reminds me of my first Nikon (D50). Even though it was a DSLR this one (D7500) has so many features it's like a completely different type of camera. Look forward to learning it's full capabilities.
I can confidently say it's a powerhouse of a camera. The quality of images it captures is consistently outstanding, whether I'm shooting landscapes, portraits, or action shots. Its robust build and intuitive controls make it a joy to use in any setting. A true workhorse that continues to exceed my expectations with every click of the shutter!
I have been wanting to start photography for a long time now, and have searched the internet for hours looking for the right camera to start on. I wanted one that would serve me well even as I progress, rather than a point and shoot “beginner” camera. Many people recommended I go with a more simple camera, but like many people I didn’t want to be limited with what I could do down the road. The D7500 shoots amazing pictures, has a user friendly interface, and is a blast to use.
