It’s perfect for beginner photography just learn how to use it! And buy a nice sd card because i had a cheap one and the pictures sucked but then I bought a nice one and I’m amazed the photos are better then the iPhone 13 pro max hands down
Canon M50 mk II provides great imagery, in a light mirrorless (non full size sensor) form factor making it a great value for an entry level price (which is still a bit high). Both kit lenses that come in the "kit" packaging are quite slow but very lightweight hence convenient however much larger apertures would allow better low light capability and allow "bokah" and shorter depth of field effects... The SIGMA 16mm fixed lens is much more ideal but not as versatile without zoom and costs almost as much as the M50 body. As a secondary camera to my Canon 80D, I really like this camera but not the kit lenses. I also bought a EF-M to EF-S lens adapter to utilize my wide array of EF-S lenses on the M50's EF-M lens mount.
So, I had bought the M200 which I liked except the fact it didn’t support external mic. I returned that and decided to go with the m50 Mark ii since I read it had the newer features I liked about the m200 such as the eye detection and good focus. I am very happy with this camera because I now can use an external mic for quality audio (and not feel like I’d just gotten back from a run after a project-shouting into the cam haha). Also, the m200 could only do less than 10 minutes when on 4K before the battery heats up and camera shuts down. I do not have that problem with this one. All in all, I’d recommend this product over the m200 like 100%! Not a professional so can’t compare with dslr cameras and stuff but here’s my 2 cents. I depended on reviews to buy so I’m paying it forward.
Beginner friendly. Average photography great videos
I love this camera!! It is easy to use and produces nice, sharp photos. It is a little hard to get use to it being kinda small, but it was worth the money. A little pricey for an older camera, but I LOVE that I can take the photos and the images are automatically transferred to my computer!! Make life soooo much easier!!
Couldn’t ask for a better budget camera. Incredibly worth the price, I would highly recommend for beginners AND pros!
i bought this camera for more of video recording & i love it. the battery life actually lasts a long time for me.
A lot of features, good size and style
It’s not too bad. I just didn’t get complete satisfaction from speed and battery, and from quality
The Canon EOS M50 MKII is the best. I don’t think there is a better Mirrorless camera for the money. There are a ton of YouTube videos that can help you learn this camera. It shoots pretty good in Auto mode but once you learn the Manual modes it will really shine & so will you
Great camera, works well !
I'm so glad I bought this camera. My photographer friend recommended it to me and I went for it right away. I'm loving the kit and all the accessories.
I highly recommend this camera and bundle.
