Looks amazing been using since I got it and works like a dream! Had to figure out a few different features than my other one but I think it’s great! Thank you !
I have had both canon full frame and eight PS cameras for many years. I was very disappointed in my canon 6D, because even though it was a great low light image producer, it could not focus in low light. With the D7 Focus is fantastic image of quality is awesome and used with the older EF adaptive lenses is quite smooth And trouble free. Please please please Canon license your RF lens mount to third parties! I want all 3 of the Sigma f1.4 contemporary lenses but I don’t want to adapt them.
Been a Canon fan for a long time. Had an old T2i DSLR and have been waiting for a decent price on a mirrorless. The R7 was perfect. Everything I tried has exceeded my expectations. The kit lens is very versatile in so many situations. Love it!!
Works great
I'm very glad, I waited and then purchased the R7. The one thing, I realized the most was the feel in my hands; especially because it's great if they're large camera felt natural while holding it while finger placement was without issue. Compared to other brands to compare too. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
So far I am very happy with the performance of the R7. I was between r7 and the 90d. I think I made the correct choice. Not a full frame camera but works very well for wildlife/birds. In combination with my 400mm 5.6 L and my 70-200 is3 L with or without extensions. Was also able to convert my old efs lenses with good results.
It's a solid camera
Tons of YT video support on this body. This is a Crop sensor that can get near Full frame results. Wildlife or sports this is your Cabrera but it's capable of anything including 4k video. It's the most powerful ban for the buck Canon has released to date. Highly suggest the RF16 and the RF 100 to 400. Pictured with the best match RF 100 500 L. Known rolling electronic shutter and known on off switch problems. But rare. Also does bit play well with 3rd party lenses. Error codes. But all EF and EFS work with EF to RF adaptor.
I come from an 80D and all I can say is.. I'm impressed. quite a piece of engineering. this camera is FAST. I'm amazed by the subject tracking and how I can optimize it to track animals, persons or vehicles.
