Honestly, I like just about everything about this camera...
It is excellent for my birds photography with its factor crop.
This camera is fantastic and the details in the pictures are the best I've seen on any camera of this type.
I've been shooting with Canon gear since the AE-1 days when focusing was a physical skill and this R7 makes the effort of 'focusing' remarkably fun again. It's fun because it isn't work, there's no guessing, and essentially no surprises. Everything you've read about the mirrorless focusing fantasticness is absolutely true. Five years ago this price point would have gotten you a competent but slightly underwhelming by serious photography standards body... today the R7 sets an incredibly high bar in the performance per dollar category. The quality of the autofocus, autoleveling, whitebalance, and extremely low noise out to 6400 ISO even in challenging lighting have cut my workflow time by two thirds to where I'm only concerned with minor cropping if anything at all. I'm scratching my head to come up with anything to be disappointed with for the price... it's simply beyond worth it!!!
loved the experience and i gotta say it's top tier, item was shipped on time and arrived on time with no issues and i love the camera, thanks to this seller for the professional handling and quality! will def order a lot more.
Very light compared to my old EOS 7D Mark II with power grip
Impressed in All ways with this Camera .. I understand why All the inventory Sold Out almost Immediately .. it is that Good .. I had to rent an R7 body to get my hands on one , and can state as follows : Build / Controls : R7 has a very solid feel .. is Smaller than my R6 , but R7 is Not a Rebel Size or Feel .. Magnesium body imparts heft and Balance .. Control layout is Spectacular ! .. Quick Command Dial with Joystick on upper right side by viewfinder is GENUIS .. and Intuitive .. also has a ISO button on top right side close to the on/off switch .. I shoot aperature or shutter priority modes and this is a Huge Feature for me .. all controls / dials can be accessed by right hand without removing camera from the eye .. Function : Autofocus is Exceptional .. in tracking mode is Vastly Superior to my R6 ..
I've been wanting to go mirrorless ever since the Canon R cameras came out, but held on to my 70D since I needed the crop sensor for birding. The R7 has a fast shutter speed for birds in flight, a very good focus system that tracks the birds, does better in low light than my 70D, and works with all my EF lenses with the adapter.
The AF is sticky and Imagine quality is Amazing, I can't tell the difference between my R5 Love the crop sensor reach for all my RF Glass
