I'm going to start with something that's non discussed a lot - I actually REALLY like having the lens adapter with the circular polarizing filter on it, it's far more convenient that having to screw it on and off so frequently. That's been an unexpected perk from converting from an EF mirrored system. I've shot landscapes, wildlife, and studio photos. To summarise, it's a EOS-1D X III in a mirrorless body, which makes it far more easy to use. If you're comparing it to the Sony A7 III, the Sony will just about win for sensor / image quality, and it's much better for video. However the build quality of the Canon is way better, and RF lenses are spectacular. My only wish is that it wasn't just 20MP.

I've been shooting with the 7DMii for years but the R6 blows it away. In body stabilization with the animal eye AF is a game changer for Canon. I've been shooting Eagles in the wild with the 800mm RF and it feels like I'm cheating. Don't even think about it, get this camera.

Been using this r6 for months, auto-focus is amazing, imagine stabilization saved a few images, picture quality is amazing. As a professional wedding photographer, I really want to love this camera. BUT...it ruined a lot of images in a wedding because of the severe moiré this camera produced. Please note things with repeat patterns will cause this with the r6. At this price range, I am really disappointed and hope Canon can fix this very soon. Just a reminder!

I wish I had this camera 10 years ago. The fact that you can see in the EVF the picture exactly as it will come out is HUGE. You can make all adjustments before you click the shutter and you know exactly what you’ll get. Plus, all the info is right there and I do not miss the top info screen at all. Autofocus is, of course, superb. Did a portrait photo shoot with a 135mm lens and out 300 shots, 100% are in focus at f/2. It just makes it so much easier not to worry about focus even at very shallow DOF and think more creatively about composition. There are many things that keep surprising me on the upside, which was not the case with previous cameras. Before buying this I thought that I’ll either really like it or be very disappointed, well, I am happy it’s the former. Canon finally over delivered on this one. Some people complain about the size/weight compared to 5DM3, but I feel the opposite - it’s great to have a camera that is lighter and more capable and inconspicuous. I have big hands, but this feels better than 5DM3 and I want to take it more places since it’s lighter and faster. 20MP is great size for me as I do not crop much, may be an issue if you shoot weddings and need to crop more. Recorded some church concert videos in almost all darkness, and they came out great hand held (I do not record long videos, so no issues with overheating). Overall, a great travel companion, pleasure to use unlike any camera I’ve had before. The touch screen is great and adds to more creative shooting ideas. Colors are vibrant, and 99% of images do not need any post processing, which I am thrilled about as I do not want to waste time on post.

This is probably the best value full frame mirrorless camera that Canon has to offer. With that being said, if you can afford the R5 I would choose that over the R6 purely because of the higher megapixel count. The only downside I have found for this camera is the 20MP. It works great for most occasions, however as soon as you start to crop or print larger you can notice the pixel count. If you crop a lot or print large I would save up for the R5. Other than that the R6 is an absolutely amazing camera.

This is a great deal. This bundle cost literally the same as the camera body alone. I'm glad I went for it.
