Great camera. Good fobeginner abd intermediate photographs. It's powerful enouth to handle most situations. If your not ready for or dont want to make the investment jn mirrorless, this is a very good operation.

great upgrade from my t4i. More mega pixels on the sensor. Look forward to shooting around. Canon makes superior camera and lenses too

I just upgraded from my T7I t8I and am happy for the step up. It has the same basic features but the pictures and videos are much clearer with the new camera. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use my T8I for years to come.

I found the camera similar to my T6i yet a little different in setting up in the menu. Getting used to newer format is taking some time. The owners booklet that comes with it is vague but very set up oriented

Rebel T8 is awesome. So many settings to take great pictures. Easy to use. Its a bit heavier than my Rebel T6. Love my new purchase.

I like this camera body. Found I could scroll my photos. Also, darker/brighter settings, high speed/low speed continuous shooting, options. The thing I do not care for is that when I take images, I have to swing out the LED screen to check my images. I can do without this. I will not be shooting any movies, I already have the T3i and the swing out LED screen. (I guess the SXi spoiled me, when an image is taken, I can right way see the image taken on the screen on the back of this mode)l. (I also like the flip flash ready, not having to wait for the green picket fence to go away before shooting. If only the camera did not have the swing out LED screen. Thank you
