Love the camera. Full frame sensor is amazing.
Many reviews on YouTube suggested its not a great value camera, but I've been very happy with it it and consider it a superb upgrade over the entry level T7.
I was upgrading from a Canon t3i and wanted a camera that took really good video as well. I do occasional wedding photography but I also make YouTube vlogs. This camera was full frame, hooked to wifi and Bluetooth, and has an internal stabilizer for smoother video.
Absolutely fantastic. It's only con is that it doesn't shoot in 4k but the size of 4k files is larger than I am capable of dealing with at the moment. I completely love this camera.
I purchased this to expand and upgrade my photo business and I’m glad I did. The body is light, the flip lens is perfect for various different point of view shots, or to see what I’m shooting with reaches.
The quality of details is perfect, colors are amazing!
This Canon camera delivers and then some - so I started out many years ago using the Canon Rebel T3, then eventually moved up to the T7i and now the 6D, Mark II and WOW I absolutely love it! Pair it with a prime or luxury lens and you have the PERFECT combination - there is a lot to learn and while the camera came with a manual, I purchased a separate indepth detail book as there are so many goodies within each menu on the camera! Well worth the splurge. It does not have the built in flash, and performs very well in low light without the flash, handheld! I have a great speedlite and got this camera as I am a forever Canon lover. The shipping was fantastic too - a great choice all around!
This is my first full frame Canon and I am extremely pleased with the 6D Mark II after two months. I matched it with a Canon 24-70 F4 L and so far I am getting the excellent results I had hoped for. The high iso capability (I have taken a number of photos at 12k and 16k for testing) allows an F4 lens to meet shutter speed needs and still be very usable even at those iso levels.
There are a number of other positives about this camera including battery life, the sturdy build, the lens choices, but most importantly the quality of the results. The pictures it produces are wonderful.
