I upgrade from a rebel camera to a 5d and I m so happy of this choise. I was hesitate between the new 6d and 5d but the quantity of focus point is very important for me.

This is one of the best cameras made. Gave to daughter to document triplets in the best way possible. We already have a big investments in canon lenses so this camera makes sense for us

It's a great camera for photography. For video it's a good camera, but they really could have added more features. I love the added photo features, and the 4k video.

I have taken this for many photoshoots, out in the elements. On a road trip out west and for recreational use in subzerotemps to shoot snowboarding. Weather sealed works wonders.

I have had versions 2 and 3 of 5D Mark series and Canon has built a excellent update with the 4. They have made nice refinements, love the touch screen, love the multiple user menu windows, love that the chip is much better than previous versions and these cameras are pretty bomb proof. I have never, knock on something, had one miss a beat in literally hundreds of thousands of shots.
